Most GCs throw down a roll of rosin paper and call it protected. It's not. Rosin paper tears, slides, and traps debris underneath — then grinds it directly into the finish every time someone walks on it.
The Solution
Protect X uses 4mm and 10mm corrugated polypropylene protection boards — installed correctly, taped at every seam, and pulled cleanly at the end of your project. We do a site walk, map the risk zones, write it up, install it, and maintain it through handoff.

What We Use
The Material and Why It's Not the Same as the Other Guys
Protect X installs 4mm and 10mm corrugated polypropylene board — known commercially as Coroplast-style protection board — on all floor surfaces. This is not rosin paper. This is not cardboard. This is not a moving blanket zip-tied to a doorframe.
4mm Protection Board
